Adult Krav Maga
Real-world self-defense. A welcoming place to start.
Build practical skills, awareness, and confidence with training that meets you where you are. No experience is needed, and you don’t need to get fit before you begin.
$20 per person • Unlimited adult classes for one week
Come as a beginner. That’s what training is for.
We are a non-competition school focused on practical self-defense. Expect patient instruction, personal attention, and a supportive, ego-free community. Learn at your pace while building skills over time.
What you’ll work on
Awareness & decisions
Recognize potential problems, practice setting boundaries, and consider ways to create distance and leave a situation.
Practical movement
Develop striking, defensive movement, and responses to common threats through instruction and partner practice.
Confidence through practice
Build coordination and conditioning while learning to stay engaged, breathe, and respond under training pressure.
Your $20 introductory week
One payment includes unlimited adult classes for one week. Your week starts with the first class you attend.
Reserve your first class only. We limit each class to three introductory students so there is time for paperwork and a proper welcome.
After your first visit, you can explore the adult class options during your introductory week without booking every class.
For your first visit
- Arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork and an introduction.
- Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement.
- Bring water; drink breaks are provided.
- No gear is needed for your first class or introductory week.
We’ll explain required gear and why it matters during your intro week. Read the first-visit guide.
