You are welcome and encouraged to stay and watch classes. Your involvement helps connect what your child learns on the mats with conversations and practice at home.
Tell us about your child’s experience, questions, or concerns so we can discuss a suitable starting point together.
Planning your first visit
Kids and homeschool introductions are arranged by contacting us directly. Please do not use the adult intro booking calendar for children’s classes.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement and bring water. Drink breaks are provided. No gear is needed for a first class or introductory week; we’ll explain equipment needs during the introduction.
